Master Packaging Inc. is the industry Leader of Corrugate and Folding carton packaging solutions with manufacturing plants located in Dieppe, New Brunswick and Borden, Prince Edward Island. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our customer base in the assigned territory. You will ensure our customers receive exceptional customer service and support through effective communication, responsiveness and teamwork. The role is based in Prince Edward Island.

The Best Fit:

• A bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing or Business Administration.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and a strong overall business acumen.
• You are organized, confident and self motivated to find solutions for customers.
• A willingness to learn and collaborate with many internal stakeholders – our customers deserve the very best quality and service.
• Have strong presentation, listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work well in a multi-faceted team environment and have the ability to build relationships built on trust and confidence.
• You can travel within the sales territory – PEI and parts of Nova Scotia.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Having knowledge of the packaging industry is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional quality and service to customers through every interaction.
• Identify and secure new customers within your designated territory through effective B2B sales strategies and persistent follow up. This is a customer facing outside Sales role that requires frequent visits to customer’s facilities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and successfully moving customers through the sales cycle.
• Develop and present packaging solutions to customers, including pricing and a Value proposition that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
• Plan and organize call schedules to maximize customer satisfaction, territory growth and effective use of time.
• Share marketplace intelligence with sales team and actively contribute to the overall success of the Sales team’s efforts.
