Voici les principales responsabilités que vous devrez assumer dans le cadre de vos fonctions quotidiennes :

  • Proposer des solutions créatives permettant de générer des résultats qui profitent au client et à l'entreprise.
  • Chercher de nouvelles occasions et profiler de nouvelles activités pour garantir un flux constant d'occasions sur votre territoire.
  • Créer de la valeur, qui sera mesurée par le maintien et la croissance des parts du marché, les mesures de qualité, l'efficacité à intégrer de nouvelles activités, la réussite de la gestion de projets pour les comptes complexes et la satisfaction globale des clients.
  • Communiquer et coordonner les activités et les projets auprès de clients divers et/ou des équipes de MPI.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service à la clientèle et les clients pour maintenir et gérer la taille des stocks clients.
  • Rendre compte du développement des comptes cibles, fournir des renseignements exhaustifs et précis au moyen de flux de travail, d'itinéraires, de la gestion des dépenses et d'autres méthodes d’établissement de rapports, selon les besoins.
  • Épauler le service du crédit, selon les besoins, afin de veiller au paiement, dans les délais impartis, des comptes débiteurs et limiter les créances irrécouvrables des comptes en cours.

Le candidat retenu possédera :

  • Aptitudes de communication verbales et écrites efficaces dans les deux langues officielles (français et anglais).
  • Au moins cinq années d'expérience en ventes et des réussites éprouvées et documentées.
  • Des connaissances globales des ventes et du marketing pour nous aider à établir le lien entre notre proposition de valeur et nos produits et les besoins des clients.
  • Des aptitudes interpersonnelles exceptionnelles et une capacité à établir des relations solides, fondées sur la confiance, qui sont mutuellement profitables.
  • Des connaissances générales, y compris sur les événements actuels, les actualités, les tendances sectorielles, etc.
  • Une expérience d'utilisation de la suite de programmes Microsoft Office.
  • Un permis de conduire valide.

  • Au moins un baccalauréat.

Account Manager

Master Packaging Inc. is the Leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging solutions. With Manufacturing plants located in Dieppe, New Brunswick and Borden, Prince Edward Island, we are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Account Manager to service the Province of Quebec.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide creative solutions to engineer win/win outcomes for both the customer and the company.
  • Seek new opportunities and profile new business to ensure there is a constant stream of opportunities available within your territory.
  • Create value as measured by maintaining/growing share, quality metrics, efficient on-boarding of new business, successful project management of complex accounts, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and coordinate activities and projects across multiple customers and/or MPI teams.
  • Work closely with customer service and customers to maintain and manage “right size” customer inventories.
  • Provide necessary reporting on target account development, comprehensive and accurate information through workflow, itineraries, management of expenditures and other reporting as required.
  • Assist credit department on an as required basis to maintain on time payments of A/R and limit bad debt exposure for ongoing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record and documented success.
  • An overall knowledge of sales and marketing to help link our value proposition and products with clients’ needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships.
  • Broad based general knowledge including current events, news, industry trends, etc.
  • Experience using the suite of Microsoft Office programs.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Nice to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Packaging equipment knowledge, particularly case erectors and case packers.
  • Quality, Design, or Mechanical background/knowledge.
  • Project Management experience.

Heath, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Specialist - Dieppe, NB

Master Packaging Inc., the leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging, located in Dieppe, New Brunswick is currently seeking a HS&E Specialist to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company standards. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HS&E Specialist will facilitate the engagement of the appropriate stakeholders and departments.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A certified Occupational Health and Safety designation, such as CRSP, CHSC, CHSE, or equivalent and/or 2 to 5 years’ experience in the Occupational Health and Safety field.
  • An established Health and Safety background with experience conducting Incident Investigations, Hazard Assessments, developing SOP’s and Safety Training Programs would be considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage team members and other stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft products as well as online SDS management systems and incident reporting and tracking systems.
  • Experience in an agricultural or operational environment will be considered an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A passion for our business and the well-being of our people
  • Travel will be required (but not extensive)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a culture focused on prevention and leading indicator activities.
  • Educate employees and managers about good practices in occupational health and safety
  • Coordinate the implementation of policies and procedures related to health and safety
  • Ensure compliance with MPI standards and occupational health and safety laws
  • Communicate with supervisors if workers do not follow policies
  • Conduct investigations related to incidents, and ensure that recommendations issued are applied
  • Work with key stakeholders (e.g. WCB/Blue Cross) to ensure fair and timely processing of claims and successful return to work
  • Keep documentation up-to-date, track safety KPIs, analyze information
  • Prepare statistics for key performance indicators
  • Coordinate the activities of Joint Health and Safety Committees (JHSCs)
  • Analyze and keep up-to-date training records and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the various health and safety programs

Production Associate - Borden-Carleton, PE

Master Packaging Inc., the leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging, located in Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island is currently seeking self-motivated and energetic individuals who are interested in joining our team in the role of Production Associate. *We will pay bridge fee for those travelling from NB or NS.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 / + $2 Night Shift / Time and a Half Sunday Premium

Rotation: 4 on, 4 off (8 Day Rotation)

Shift: 2 Day shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) followed by 2 Night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities: As a member of a highly energetic and goal-oriented team, you will be mainly responsible for the quality of our finished product and will assist and work cooperatively with the staff as needed in a variety of roles all while following safe practices.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have High School / GED level education. Must be result oriented, team player and most importantly willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and perform various maintenance activities in a highly automated industrial environment
  • Technically strong
  • Possess excellent communication and priority management skills to enable you to take charge of situations
  • Ability to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and international manufacturers to get the job done right the first time

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education in mechanical trade
  • Licensed Mechanic/Millwright is considered an asset
